Main Workout
This section blends:
• Twerk drills from all positions
• Afro dance & calisthenics-inspired moves
• Rhythmic stretching for flexibility & stamina

We target arms, core, glutes, legs, and ankles, with different main focuses each week. Boost your strength while moving to hip-hop, afrobeats, pop, and amapiano.
Partner Play (Optional)
Working out with friends? This fun, interactive segment brings you partner-based exercises to laugh, bond, and train together!
Relax & Stretch
Cool down with calming stretches set to RnB and lo-fi. Think yoga flows, twists, splits, and tips for stretches to help your flexibility and mental reset. The perfect ending to a powerful session.

Nope! This is not a choreography or technique-focused class. It’s a fitness class with twerk-inspired movement. All you need is:
